A London bus times widget for your Home Screen
If you catch the same bus most days, you shouldn't need to open an app to know when it's coming. A Home Screen widget shows your stop's next departures at a glance — powered by TfL's live iBus predictions.
How to set it up
Get Vidona
Download Vidona free from the App Store. Open it near your stop and the live board is already there.
Favourite your stop
Save your usual stop as a favourite. Favourites sort by how close you are right now.
Add a Home Screen widget
Long-press your Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, search for Vidona, and pick a small or medium widget.
Pick the stop it shows
Set the widget to your favourite stop. The countdown updates on its own; tapping it opens the full live board.
Frequently asked
Which London buses does it cover?
All of them — every TfL bus stop with live iBus predictions, across all 676 routes.
Can I have widgets for two different stops?
Yes — each widget can be set to a different favourite, so you can keep one for each direction of your commute.
Does it drain the battery?
No — widgets use iOS's built-in timeline updates rather than constant polling, and Vidona is data-frugal by design.

Your stop, before you ask.
Vidona shows live departures for the stops around you the moment it opens — then keeps them on your Lock Screen, in Spotlight, and a sentence to Siri away.
